PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an application to those other than a series of a capacitor and a resistor by connecting the capacitor and the resistor between a first terminal electrode part and a second terminal electrode part and connecting a connection part between the capacitor and the resistor to a third terminal electrode part. SOLUTION: A thick-film-type capacitor 5 is formed at a part between one terminal part electrode 2 and an intermediate electrode 4 out of terminal part electrodes 2 and 3 on the upper surface of an insulation substrate 1. Also, a thick-film-type resistor 6 consisting of a resistance film 6a is formed at a part between the other terminal part electrode 3 and the intermediate electrode 4 out of the terminal part electrodes 2 and 3 on the upper surface of the insulation substrate 1. Further, a first terminal electrode part 7 that makes an electrical continuity with one terminal part electrode 2 out of the terminal part electrodes 2 and 3 is formed on one end face out of left and right end faces in the insulation substrate 1, and a second terminal electrode part 8 that makes an electrical continuity with the other terminal electrode 3 is formed on the other end face. On the other hand, a third terminal electrode part 9 that makes an electrical continuity with the intermediate electrode 4 is formed at left and right, both side surfaces in the insulation substrate 1. |
