PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the thickness of a part from being abruptly broken by focusing compressive forces to the forming apex of a comformator by a method wherein a convex outline, the normals of which pass the forming rounded apex of the shaping element, is given to the surface of the pressure-catching shaping element. SOLUTION: A statically determinate air pressure 14 develops compressive force on a pressure-catching surface 24. This pressure-catching surface 24 of a shaping element 20 is a convex mold so as to pass the normals on the surface 24 through the forming rounded apex 22 of the shaping element 20 in order to focus the compressive force to the forming rounded apex 22. The shaping element 20, the pressure-catching surface 24 of which has a convex arcuate- shaped outline positioning its enter on the apex 27 of an angle formed by forming side parts 23a and 23b, is employed. Since the compressive forces 15 locus to the apex 27 as mentioned above, the shaping element 1 is no more tilted. Being made of aluminum, the shaping element 1 can be re-used without limitation. |
