PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a conductive heating plate by installing a driving apparatus to apply driving voltage to the conductive film for heat generation in the plate. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film for heat generation is formed on one face of a glass substrate 1. A pair of electrodes 5a, 5b are formed in end parts of the conductive film 3 for heat generation on the opposite to each other. A spacer 7 having a frame shape is formed in the glass substrate 1 in the outer circumference of the conductive film 3 for heat generation and a glass substrate 9 is fixed in the glass substrate 1 while the spacer 7 being inserted between them. A driving apparatus 21 to control the driving electric power to be applied to the conductive film 3 for heat generation through the electrodes 5a, 5b is housed in the gap between the glass substrates 1, 9 in the outside of the spacer 7. |
