摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embody a high-polymer waveguide type wavelength filter having the characteristics stable to the humidify fluctuation of an ambient environment and having low dependence on polarization by providing this filter with a wavelength filter body and a temp. controller for holding this filter body under specific temp. conditions. SOLUTION: The wavelength body constituted by using high-polymer waveguides of which at least the core parts are formed of a copolymer consisting of >=2 kinds of different repeating units among the polymers having the chemical structures expressed by the formula as repeating units or the chemical structures expressed by the formula is provided with the temp. controller. In the formula, X1 , X2 are one kind among hydrogen, deuterium, halogen; R1 is one kind among hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, etc.; R2 is Cn Z2n+1 group (Z is hydrogen, deuterium or halogen, (n) is an integer of <=5). The temp. of the high-polymer waveguides of the wavelength filter body is kept by this temp. controller at a temp. range 40 to 65 deg.C where the change of the refractive index occurring in the swelling of the optical waveguides offsets the change of the refractive index occurring in moisture absorption.
