The present invention includes related methods and uses, including composition comprising the polymer derived from a monomer having the formula:H2C=CHR;(1)and optionally at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of monomers having the formula:R1HC=CHR2; and(2)H2C=CR2R3(3)wherein R is a hydrocarbon or substituted hydrocarbon having from 2 to 22 carbon atoms, and R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different hydrocarbons or substituted hydrocarbons having 1 to 22 carbon atoms. R is preferably an ethyl group (-CH2CH3) and R1, R2 and R3 are preferably methyl groups (-CH3).
