摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the bone absorption speed to be measured by determining the concentration in the humor of peptide having the specified formula structure derived from amino terminal telopeptide structure of bone I-type collagen and another peptide having the pyridinium ring cleavage. SOLUTION: Specific telopeptide having 3-hydroxypyridinium bridge formation derived from amino terminal telopeptide structure of bone I-type collagen has an amino acid sequence in the formula I, in which K-K-K represents hydroxyllysil or lysylpyrydinoline, and Gln represents glutamine, or phrrolidone carboxylic acid. The teropeptide having 3-hydroxypyridinium bridge derived from carboxyl terminal telopeptide structure of the bone I-type collagen has the amino acid sequence in the formula II. The carboxy terminal telopeptide sequence is brided with lysylpyridinoline or hydroxypyridinoline. Bone absorption speed can be measured by determining these peptides in the humor.</p>
