PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actuate a regenerative brake effectively by making the effective use of a skid preventing valve provided on each truck to control the regenerative brake of each trunk. SOLUTION: Regenerative braking force is calculated for each truck A, B of a car and outputted to each of main converting parts 1A, 1B covering each truck. Each of the main converting parts 1A, 1B controls the regenerative brake for each truck A, B when judging that the regenerative brake is effectively working. This device is provided with a brake controller 4A, which, when the regenerative brake is judged to be not working effectively, outputs an air brake command to each truck A, B, an electropneumatic transducing valve 5, which converts the air brake command into compressed air to be forwarded to calipers 7 of each truck, and a skid preventing valve 6, which, assigned for each truck A, B, feeds the compressed air into the calipers 7. |
