<p>A composition for granular absorption contains 2,6-dimethyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-pyridin-3,5-dimethyl dicarboxylate (Nifedipine). The granules comprise: (a) neutral nuclei, called spherical nuclei, neutral microgranules or spheres of sugar which contain sugar and starch, microcrystalline cellulose and/or lactose; (b) a first film covering the nuclei, obtained from a solution containing Nifedipine, solvents, polymers to increase solubility and non-porous polymers which confer a programmed action; (c) a second film adhered over the first, obtained from a solution containing solvents and polymers which finish configuring an action programme, and regulated by the active agent.</p> |
