PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the overlapping of a timing at the time of fetching data and to read the data used for normal area data display. SOLUTION: A personal computer 100 manages area measurement data for indicating the reception electric field strength of radio waves, transmitted by a mobile communication base station and position data (latitude/longitude information or the like) for indicating the measurement position of the reception electric field strength of the radio waves. Also, the personal computer 100 transfers area data composed of the area measurement data and the position data via a hub 102 to a client 104. The hub 102 relays and distributes signals in communication which is performed by the personal computer 100, the client 104 and a data base server 106. The data base server 106 stores equipment data characteristic of the base station, including identification data for identifying the base station, the data for indicating the position of the base station and the data of transmission output, etc. The client 104 reads map data, the base station equipment data and the area data at the different timings and time sequentially displays the map data, the base equipment data and the area data at a display part. |
