摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction in the size and cost of the whole device by simplifying the circuit formation of an ignition command forming part for (m) pairs of parallel chopper circuits which forms an m-phase m-fold chopper device. SOLUTION: Only one pair of phase shift converting circuits 11 are used regardless of the number of phases (m), which output the pulse signal sequence of an ignition command corresponding to a conduction sate (α) specified by receiving a conduction rate command signal Sα. By taking the output signal of the phase shift coveting circuit 11 as a time reference, (m-1) sets of pulse delay circuits 12 (12-2 to 12-m) of a type such as a CR integral type are formed, which have output pulse delay time characteristics of (T/m).n (where, n=1 to (m-1)). The output pulse signals of respective inverter gates (INV2 to INVm) which receive the output signal of the respective pulse delay circuits 12 are taken as required ignition command signals S2 to Sm, and the output of the phase shift converting circuit 11 is taken out through the inverter gates INV0, INV1 which is taken as an ignition command signal S1.
