PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an orbit nearly similar to that of a water bird shuttle for forming each bone material of a wing part of resin and forming each 1 bone material in one body by blow molding so as to reduce the weight of the wing part and so as to give sufficient strength to the bone material. SOLUTION: A resin parison consisting of polyethylene terephthalate is extruded to deliver to a pair of dies like an opened container. At the inner face of the shoulder part of these dies like a container, the recessed/projecting folded faces of the recess of the bone material 4 and a part for forming the wing material are formed and at the time of closing the dies like a container, air is blown into the parison to execute extension blow molding to form a body like a container to take out the part 3. The part 3 is formed at the shoulder part of this body like a container, the cylindrical part of a root part is formed at a blowing port, the bottom part of the body like a container is cut off, a cutting cutter is inserted from the opened bottom part to punch-cut excepting for the parts of the material 4, a wing material 5 and a string material 6 to form the part 3 and its root part is buried to a head part 2 to adhere-fix to produce a badminton shuttle 1. |
