PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take safety measures against a sawlike blade without largely changing the shape of existing ordinary cartons. SOLUTION: A cover body 3 is connected to be movable both upward and downward to one side edge of the upper opening 1 of a carton body in which a roll of wrapping film is contained and a covering flap 5 superposed with the upper part of the front side plate 4 of the carton body is connected at the front end of the cover body. And further, an unsealing flap 7 is connected through perforations 6 at the front end of the covering flap 5. In this carton C for wrapping film, a sawlike blade member 8 is attached to the rear side near the front end of the covering flap 5 in the state the cutter edge does not stick out of the front end of the covering flap 5. And a bending ruled lineαis formed along the rear side of the cutter edge in the sawlike blade 8, in the covering flap 5. The state the cutter edge of the sawlike blade 8 is covered is kept even after the unsealing flap 7 has been removed and the covering part does not directly restrict cutting of film.
