PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable speedy connection of a hose and a pipe. SOLUTION: A joint member J is composed of a resin joint body 2 and a metal retainer 3. The joint body 2 is composed of an insertion part 6 for a pipe and an insertion part for a hose, which can respectively be inserted to a pipe P and a hose H. The retainer 3 is previously assembled to the joint body 2, while a hanging claw 17 can be engaged with a stopper piece 4. The insertion part 6 is inserted into the pipe P in the state that the joint member J is connected to the hose H, so that engagement claws 16 of a retainer 4 are elastically engaged with a bulge 1 of the pipe P. The pipe P is thus connected to the hose H through the joint member J. |
