<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse with which the length of cable can be adjusted in simple configuration. SOLUTION: When a spool 4 with knob 5 is rotated in the direction of arrow A, a cable 7 is taken up by the spool 4. When the spool 4 is rotated oppositely to the direction of arrow 4, a top end 6a of backward rotation preventing plate 6 is put into the recessed part of knob 5 and the rotation of spool 4 in clockwise direction is blocked. When a rear end 6b of backward rotation preventing plate 6 is pushed in the direction of arrow B, on the other hand, the top end 6a of backward rotation preventing plate 6 and the recessed part of knob 5 are unlocked. Therefore, when force is energized in the direction to pull the cable 7 out of the main body of mouse while pushing the exposed rear end 6b of backward rotation preventing plate 6 in the direction of arrow B, the spool 4 is rotated in the clockwise direction and the cable 7 can be extended into arbitrary length.</p> |
