PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure an offset of an AC motor by measuring an electric angle deviation based on behavior of the motor. SOLUTION: A torque detector 14 detects a torque of an output shaft 12, and an offset deciding unit 20 judges whether a set value of present offset value is suitable or not based on the torque detected value. If the set offset value is suitable, torque expected from a control command is output. If it is not suitable, the torque expected is not output. When the unit 20 decides suitable present offset value, this set value is output as offset value of the motor 10 under test. When the unit 20 decides not suitable value, a change command of the set value of the offset is output to a testing motor command unit 18. The unit 18 changes the set value based on the change command, and again controls the motor 10 according to the change value. And, the change of the set value is repeated until the set value of the offset is judged suitable. |
