PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for brushless motor which can energize a brushless motor involving a star-connected three-phase driving coil by 180 degrees without generating through-current at the time of switching driving voltage. SOLUTION: In a power switch circuit 15 whose driving voltage is applied to the driving coil 2 of a brashless motor 1, the emitter of an NPN transistor 21 whose collector is connected to the positive side output of a power source 5 and the emitter of a PNP transistor 18 whose collector is connected to the negative side output of the power source 5 are commonly-connected to be connected to the driving coil 2, and bases are commonly-connected to supply base current from a driving circuit 12. The driving circuit 12 switches positive base current from a source output current mirror circuit 30 and negative base current from a sink output current mirror circuit 33 by a source side switch 36 and a sink side switch 39 corresponding to the output signal of a position sensor 6 and is supplied. |
