PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the noise by the vibration generated between a radiator and a printed circuit board by forming the radiator of the shape in which the radiator and the printed circuit board are not abutted on each other except a part where the radiator and the printed circuit board are fixed. SOLUTION: A power element 1 is mounted on a printed circuit board 2, and the power element 1 is fixed to an element fitting surface 4 of a radiator 3 by a screw 5. The radiator 3 comprises an element fitting surface 4, a printed circuit board fitting surface 6 formed orthogonal thereto, a riser part 7 which is continuously provided on the printed circuit board fitting surface 6 and rises toward an upper side of the printed circuit board 2 in order to increase the heat radiation effect, a connection part continuous thereto, and a trailing part 9 from the connection part 8 to the printed circuit board 2. The printed circuit board fitting surface 6 is abutted on the printed circuit board 2 and fixed thereto by screws 10, and an end part 11 of the trailing part 9 and the printed circuit board 2 are arranged through a clearance therebetween. The noise is prevented from being induced because no contact by the vibration is present. |
