PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a pipe without requiring skill, in the continuous production of an FW pipe, by easily making the extrusion supply amt. of mortar to the surface of a core metal always constant even at a part where the diameter of a receiving mouth or the like is expanded. SOLUTION: Mortar 3A is extruded and supplied to a core metal 1 having reinforcing fibers 2 wound therearound while the core metal 1 is rotated to continuously mold an FW pipe having a straight pipe part and a receiving mouth integrally. In this case, the extrusion amt. per a unit time of a mortar extruder 3 is always made constant and, when the receiving mouth molding part 4 of the FW pipe is molded, the number of rotations of the core metal 1 is controlled corresponding to the caliber (r) of the receiving mouth part 4 so that peripheral velocity (v) becomes same to the peripheral velocity (v) at a time of the molding of the straight pipe part 5. |
