摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the movement of the active material so as to improve the charging and discharging capacity of a battery, and to provide a soft electrode collector due to the porosity thereof so as to improve the winding work by forming fine holes in a binder resin layer of at least one of a negative electrode and a positive electrode of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. SOLUTION: Paste obtained by agitating and kneading the binder resin and a solvent, which dissolves the binder resin and which can be mixed with water, and an active material carrier is coated on a metal foil such as an aluminum foil and a copper foil, and thereafter, a non-solvent of the binder is mixed with the solvent, and coagulated, and dried. When the coated paste is solidified by the desolvent during the coagulation, a substitution between the coagulant and the solvent of the binder resin is generated, and fine through holes are generated in the binder resin layer so as to facilitate the movement of the active material, and a battery, in which a charging and discharging loss is reduced, can be obtained. Hole diameter of the fine holes is desirably set in a range from several angstrom to several micron on a point of permeability of lithium ion. As a binder resin, polyimide, polyamide and polyamideimide is used.
