PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control plural lines in common with a single OAM processing part. SOLUTION: In this OAM processing method of the plural-line terminating equipment, a physical total terminating part 30 converts signals into cells, adds a line identifier for specifying a line where the cell arrives to a cell header and a header conversion part 34 converts the line identifier/VPI/VCI value of the cell into an identifier ICID for an internal processing. An OAM processing part 37 manages unifiedly data required for the OAM processing of the respective lines by a connection management table for the internal processing, for which the identifier for the internal processing is an address, reads the data from the management table based on the ICID of the cells received from the respective lines and executes the OAM processing, corresponding to the line by using the read data. |
