<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly discriminate the timewise preceding/following relation of events stored in various storage media. SOLUTION: When a car accident occurs, monitor data are generated as data related to the event with the car accident in a storage device 2 on the side of vehicle, and these monitor data are stored on an IC card 3 together with time data. On the other hand, monitor data are generated as data related to the event with the car accident by a ground controller 6 on the side of ground, and these monitor data are stored in a storage device 9 together with time data from a clock 8. After the accident occurs, the IC card 3 is connected to a card reader 7, the current time of clock built in the IC card 3 and the current time of clock 8 on the ground side are simultaneously read out, the time difference between the both is found and with this time difference as a reference, the ground side monitor data and the on-vehicle side monitor data are rearranged.</p> |
