<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable picture monitoring system which takes in still picture data when a detection sensor outputs a detection signal and precisely obtains monitoring information when it is really required. SOLUTION: When the detection signal is inputted to a control part 70 from a detection sensor group 10 when a security mode setting means 20 sets a monitor area at a security mode, a timer means 50 is started and picture data which a monitoring camera 30 outputs is once taken in as still picture data and it is stored in a picture data storage means 40. If the monitoring area is still at the security mode when the counting of prescribed time by a timer means 50 terminates, the control part 70 transmits still picture data stored in the picture data storage means 40 and a warning corresponding to the detection signal outputted from the detection sensor group 10 to a warning/picture data transmission means 60. The warning and still picture data are transmitted to a report destination through the warning/picture data transmission means 60.</p> |
