PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of an electronic control type throttle valve device. SOLUTION: On this device, an actuator housing 1B to surround the body 2A of an actuator is eliminated, and the actuator is supported by a flange part 1G and a bracket 1H. The central part of a body 2A is peeled. Since this way eliminates a part to surround the body 2A of an actuator, a mold to mold a part between an actuator 2 and a throttle valve is drawn in the direction of a lower part in a Fig. A after molding, whereby there is no need to apply after-machining on a bulge part 1E by machining. Namely, since, after molding, a part to be after-machined is remarkably eliminated, a production cost is eminently reduced compared with a conventional production cost and productivity is improved. |
