PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject marked peptide that comprises a peptide bonding to the RGD boding site in vivo and includes the sequence of Arg-GlY-AsP-Phe and can detect thrombosis in human diseases. SOLUTION: This is a novel radioactively marked peptide having 3-10 peptide units that can link to the RGD-bonding site in vivo and includes the sequence of Arg-Gly-Asp-Phe (RGDF) in this peptide units and is useful as a marker for diagnosis and detection of thrombosis, tumor and cell adhesion molecule in vivo in human and mammalians. This peptide can be readily synthesized through known peptide synthesis and/or known peptide synthesizers and obtained by marking the chain terminal tyrosine incorporated into the resultant synthesized peptide with the radioactive iodine, I<123> . |
