PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the ground protocol programs of plural versions for absorbing the difference of ground terminals connected to a ground port card and to down-line-load the ground system protocol program of the version, corresponding to the equipment constitution of the ground port card of an extremely small earth station from a central station without manual aid. SOLUTION: The ground system protocol programs of the plural versions are stacked on the side of the central station 2 for the same ground system protocol used on the side of the extremely small earth station 7 and are selected for each extremely small earth station 7 and down-line-loaded. Further, the respective ultra-small earth stations 7 identify the equipment constitution information of their own ground system port cards 8 and 9 and transmit it to the central station 2 and the central station 2 stacks the version of the ground system protocol program corresponding to the extremely small earth station 7. |
