PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plant-reforming agent having various effects for plants, e.g. plant growth enhancement, prevention for blight and taste improvement, by using fibers which have attached size agents. SOLUTION: The objective plant-reforming agent is obtained by cutting or grinding yarns which have attached size agents consisting of e.g. polyacrylic esters [copolymers between acrylic esters such as ethyl acrylate and the like andα,β-unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. methacrylic acid) capable of copolymerizing with the acrylic esters] in a size of 10mm or less. Although the using amount of the above reforming agent is varied with the kind of soil or the pH, about 0.5-1.5g per 10m<2> is usually utilized. When mix-dispersed into water, the concentrated solution containing usually 3-10g per 1L of water may be used by diluting about 500-1500 times.
