摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the clearance between iron cores to be extremely small even under the pressure of a punch for caulking by forming a center projected part parallel to one side of an iron core in a recessed part on the face side, connecting the center projected part to one side of the iron core through inclined projected parts, and forming the inclined projected parts to each other at the angle in the prescribed range. SOLUTION: An iron core 1 made of non-oriented silicon steel sheet is punched, and a recessed part 3 of a projection 2 for caulking is provided through external punching, and a center projected part 8 is formed parallel to one side of the iron core 1 in the recessed part 3. The center projected part is connected to one side of the iron core 1 through inclined projected parts 4 to form an inversely trapezoidal shape. In the inclined projected parts 4, the angleαof inclination between the inclined projected parts 4 opposite to each other is in the range of 40-75 deg.. The caulking depth Z is 80% of the plate thickness, and the length L of inclination is approximately 46% of the thickness. The clearance between the iron cores 1 can be completely eliminated even under the pressing force of punches for caulking.
