PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which is designed to reduce power consumption by buffer amplifiers in a state of low power consumption. SOLUTION: Buffer amplifiers BUFF1-BUFFn for supplying a reference voltage from a reference voltage generating circuit R so as to put a plurality of analog circuits A1-An in an operating state, a power-down buffer amplifier PDBUFF exclusively used for supplying power in a standby state of the analog circuits A1-An, and selector switches SW1-SWn for selecting the power-down amplifier PDBUFF and a plurality of the buffer amplifiers BUFF according to a state, are provided. In a standby state of the analog circuits A1-An, the power-down buffer amplifier PDBUFF is connected, while a plurality of the buffer amplifiers BUFF are put in a state of consumption no power. As a result, the power consumption of the whole circuit is limited to that of the power-down buffer amplifier PDBUFF, and sharp reduction of the power consumption of the circuit on standby is enabled. |
