PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic product enabling the sufficient heightening of the coefficient of use of wastes and the energy saving owing to low-temperature baking, which is carried out at a low temperature in a specific range for producing the ceramic product, by constructing the ceramic product from fly ash and a crushed body of solidified material obtained by cooling molten slug from a kiln. SOLUTION: As the fly ash, one or more materials selected from incinerator fly ash of non-industrial waste, that of industrial waste such as sewage sludge and that of a solid fuel consisting of petroleum coke, CWM or their mixture are cited. As the molten slug from a kiln, slug from a gasifying furnace of solid fuel or slug from a metal melting refining furnace is preferable. The particle sizes of a crushed body of solidified material by cooling of the slug are <=500 μm, preferably 150 μm. The amount of each constituent is 10-80 pts.wt. of fly ash and 90-20 pts.wt. of molten slug from a kiln, and optionally a binder consisting of organic or inorganic binding material is added in an amount of <=5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the main raw material. The coefficient of the use of wastes is >=95%, and ceramic product having high strength is obtained by baking at 800-1,000 deg.C. |
