PRODUCT INSPECTING METHOD IN LASER BEAM MACHINE, MACHINING PROGRAM CORRECTING METHOD AND LASER BEAM MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the product dimension of a hole position and a pitch between holes from an end surface under the state not taking the product out of a work after laser beam machining to eliminate a defect in the product, also to output an alarm at the time of exceeding an allowable error by designating the allowable error of the dimension in the inspecting program and further to automatically correct the product program using a deviated quantity obtained by inspection. SOLUTION: An incorporating camera 25 of the image pickup device unit provide in a Y axis carriage is transferred to end surface G1 , G2 and the hole position A of the product G or hole positions A1 , A2 of the product G indicated with a drawing based on the inspecting program without taking the product G after laser beam machining out of the work W. The hole position A or the position of the center of gravity of holes A1 , A2 is picked up with the camera 25 to incorporate in into an image processor, the deviated quantity of the hole position and the pitch between holes are measured and compared with the pre-set quantity of deviation, whereby the product is inspected.
