摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic component accurately microfabricated even, in the field where metallic components used to be indispensable conventionally, by performing micro fabrication with a laser beam on a material formed with plastics such as acrylic resin and fluororesin. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is machined by means of a laser beam machine. The machine is equipped with a stage on which a plastic material is placed, a laser light source for emitting a laser beam, a lens for converging the laser beam, and a supporting tool for fixing the plastic material on the stage. The supporting tool is conveniently made rotatable and also movable two-dimensionally in the axial direction of the beam and the plastic material. A fin 121 is machined by rotating the axial body and moving it vertically so as to form the shape of the fin 121; the next fin 121 to be provided successively is machined by moving the axial body horizontally; and thus, the heat exchanger 100 is obtained.</p>
