摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain light emission of uniform luminance over the entire light emission surface of the lighting device which uses a spot light source such as an LED and obtains planar light from the planar light emission surface of a photoconductor. SOLUTION: This device has the spot light source 18 which emits light in a spot shape, the planar photoconductor 16 which emits the light from a planar light emission surface 16a in a planar shape, and a linear photoconductor 19 which is arranged between the spot light source 18 and planar photoconductor 16. The spot light from the spot light source 18 is converted by the linear photoconductor 19 into linear light, which is guided in the planar photoconductor 16 through a light incidence surface 16. Thus, the linear light is made incident on the planar photoconductor 16, so the luminance of the light obtained on the light emission surface 16a becomes uniform over the entire area.
