The method involves the end of at least one of the components (1) having an open recess (3) towards another of the components. The space is filled with a cast mass which then hardens. A stocking-type flexible elongated casing closed at one end (9) is pushed into the space and is then filled via an opening (11) with cast mass which activates the casing radially to locate against the surfaces defining the space.
