FIELD: medicine; protection of respiratory organs. SUBSTANCE: respiratory system is provided with spring- loaded membrane positioned between inlet and submembrane cavities of lung automatic apparatus. Sound signalling device is placed between lung automatic apparatus and face mask. It is connected rigidly to spring-loaded membrane and is made as valve with lobe fastened inside it as cantilever. Valve is positioned in cylindrical body and is capable of displacement. Lower end of valve overlaps hole in bottom of body, and upper end has hole for communication with internal space of body.
