COMMUNICATION SERVICE PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade such a case where the service execution load is concentrated on a specific server by making a due server execute the service that is retrieved by a retrieval means based on the specifications of data which are outputted from a matching means. SOLUTION: A client 100 is connected to the service execution servers 300A and 300B having the similar constitutions via a network 200. Then the client 100 retrieves the service concerning the contents outputted from a scenario interpretation means 104 based on a data specification table of function contents corresponding to the data specifications which are written in a specification table of services (a) to (f) of both servers 300A and 300B. A consistency verification means 106 secures the matching between the data specifications of the retrieved service and those of the title contents. The matched data specifications are outputted to a service execution control means 105. Thus, the servers 300A and 300B execute the retrieved service based on the outputted data specifications.
