SOLUTION: A user selects the retrieval of a similar picture (S302) to find the evaluation value of the picture (S303) to display a reduced picture (S304), the display of its detailed picture is requested (S307) to display the detailed picture (S310) and increases the number of voting corresponding to the requested picture (S311). Thereby, it is possible to sort corresponding to the human psychology of desiring to preferentially watch a picture which is interested and watched by many users.
