PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of any useless waiting time by judging an automated equipment in which a waiting time is the shortest from a transaction situation communicated from each automated equipment and a transaction content designated by a user, and communicating it to a user. SOLUTION: A transaction reserving machine 2 receives the transaction situation of each automated equipment 1 from each automated equipment 1, and stores it as a situation file in a magnetic disk device 7. Moreover, a transaction content inputted by a customer is stored in the magnetic disk device 7. Then, a transaction to be performed by each automated equipment 1 is judged from the transaction content inputted by the customer and the transaction situation of each automated equipment 1 stored as the situation file, and a time since the present time until all the transactions are ended by each automated equipment 1 is calculated from a standard use time preliminarily set for each transaction. Then, the automated equipment 1 in which the time until all the transactions is ended is the shortest is defined as the designation of an instruction to the customer among the automated equipments 1 in which the transaction content inputted by the customer can be performed. |
