PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of dead lock due to the scramble of the channel of plural broadcast message at a parallel computer, etc., obtained by connecting a plurality of nodes by a switch-type network. SOLUTION: In the parallel computer obtained by connecting the plurality of nodes 11 to 14 by crossbar switch 10, output buffer monitoring circuit 122 to 125 monitor the idle capacity of output buffers 118 to 121 and when this idle capacity is sufficient for housing a broadcast message, issues a broadcast sending permission signal. Then a priority controller 113 is provided to select one of plural broadcast message when they are inputted and to issue a message sending permission signal to priority circuits 114 to 117 only when the broadcast sending permission signals of all the output ports sending the message are issued. |
