STRAIN SENSING RESISTOR PASTE AND DYNAMIC QUANTITY SENSOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic quantity sensor which has a large strain sensing property (GF) and a high reliability. SOLUTION: A PdO-SiO2 -B2 O3 -Al2 O3 base glass containing PbO of 73.1-86.7wt.%, SiO2 of 9.7-22.2wt.%, B2 O3 of 2.5-5.0wt.%, and Al2 O3 of 0.9-3.6wt.% is used as a first to be blended to a strain sensing resistor paste, so that the surface reaction with crystalized glass during formation of resistor can be suppressed.
