PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an information recording card system from illegal use such as alteration and forgery and to obtain an information recording card having higher security by embedding a member constituting an IC chip in an embedding area containing IC chip sealing resin. SOLUTION: The information recording card is provided with the embedding area 5 for including and sealing an IC chip 4. The IC chip 4 is included and sealed by IC chip sealing resin in the embedding area 5. The terminal of an antenna line 13 is electrically connected to the terminal of an electrode 3 loaded on the chip 4 and a connection part between the chip 4 and the antenna line 13 and the whole IC chip 4 are sealed by the resin to protect them. In a process for extracting the IC chip 4 by dropping nitric acid around the periphery of plural electrodes 3, at least a part of the sealed IC chip 4 is deteriorated, so that the illegal use of stored information can be prevented. |
