PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waiting power source device for a telephone line equipment in which a waiting power can be absent by interposing it between a telephone line equipment 2 connected with a telephone line such as a facsimile equipment or an MODEM and the telephone line. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an incoming call detecting means PhoS which detects an incoming call, off-hook detecting means PhoC1 and PhoC2 which detect off-hook, inside power source circuit PS, and switching means RL1 and RL2. The inside power source circuit PS starts an operation when the incoming call detecting means PhoS detects an incoming call, and the switching means RL1 and LR2 starts the supply of a commercial power supply voltage to a telephone line equipment according to this, and continues the supply until on-hook or until the lapse of a prescribed time from the on-hook even after off-hook is detected by the off-hook detecting means PhoC1 and PhoC2. This device is provided with timers TM1 and TM2 which clock this passing prescribed time. |
