PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetostatic wave device whose characteristic is easily adjusted. SOLUTION: An S/N enhancer 10 includes a magnet 50 and a yoke 52 that apply a magnetic field to magnetostatic wave elements 12a, 12b. The yoke 52 has a projection 53 of nearly circular-arc shape that is extended to an axis perpendicularly to a magnetostatic wave propagation face. Furthermore, the S/N enhancer 10 includes four guide members 56 that support the yoke freely turnably and position the yoke 52. The yoke members 56 are placed at four corners of the yoke 52 and formed integrally with a frame 40 of a positioning member 38. Each guide member 56 has a recessed face 58 to support the projection 53 of the yoke 52 freely turnably. Each guide member 56 having the recessed face 58 and a projection plate 52c with the projection face 53 configure a guide structure to facilitate the yoke 52 and the magnet 50 to be turned around an axis perpendicularly to the magnetostatic wave propagation face.
