PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment which can not only normally receive facsimile transmission data but also normally output a print even at the time when facsimile transmission from an outside wire occurs during print output based on communication in a frequency hopping system. SOLUTION: If forming an image is requested through an outside wire during picture output in a master machine 1 based on data transmitted from, for example, a slave machine 40A, a data transmission interruption request signal is transmitted to the slave machine 40A, and interruption processing to output remaining data or the like is performed on the side of the master machine 1. Then, a FAX modem 5 is connected to the outside wire to establish a protocol, and picture output in a picture output block 8 for data transmitted from the outside wire is started. When this picture output is terminated, a restart signal is transmitted to the slave machine 40A, and picture output based on data transmitted from the slave machine 40A is restarted. |
