PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telephone device and a telephone device in which target called party information can be easily and quickly selected. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a knob 9 constituted of plural rotatable knob means 9B provided on the same axial line, and preliminarily inputted called party information is stored by a keyboard 2, and the called party information stored by the keyboard 2 is selected in response to the operation of the knob 9. Thus, transmission based on the selected called party information is operated. The called party information can be selected by an operating method, that is, rotation which can be easily performed by an operator, the transmission based on the called party information can be operated without any complicate operation only by the keyboard 2, and an easier input can be attained by the plural knob means 9B compared with one knob.
