PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut/connect the data input system of an internet browser base by generating auxiliary document collecting data and storing the auxiliary document and data in a local storage in a client computer. The initial format menu web page is loaded on the browser from a local hard disk on the client computer through internet at a connection mode or at a cut mode. A file state 80 completes a process by preserving the generated auxiliary document having collection data inputted by a user in the file on the local hard disk of the client computer. A series of formats can be used as the individual recording of business transaction.
