PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for inspecting conductive roll for an image formation device wherein the surface condition of the conductive roll which affects the image quality formed by an image formation device is inspected before the conductive roll is integrated in the image formation device for taking out an image. SOLUTION: Relating to inspection method, a formed conductive roll 10 is so set as to be measured by a glossiness gauge 100, and the glossiness of an outside periphery of the conductive roll 10 is measured with the glossiness gauge 100. The glossiness information of the outside periphery of the conductive roll 10 which was measured with the glossiness gauge 100 is applied with a specified calculation, and the calculation result is compared to a specified threshold value, and based on the comparison result, the surface condition of the conductive roll 10 is judged. |
