PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detection circuit in which the lower limit of an operating voltage can be reduced and which can obtain a stable output even when a noise is superposed on an input voltage and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: When an input voltage VDD reaches a detection voltage VDET, a voltage, detection part 100 changes an output VP to an L-level from an H- level. An output holding circuit 200 is constituted of a logic circuit in which the lower limit of an operating voltage is lower than that of the voltage detection part 100. Then, when the output VP of the voltage detection part 100 is changed to the L-level from the H-level, an output VO is changed to the L-level from the H-level, and the output VO is held at the L-level. Thereby, the lower limit of the operating voltage can be reduced. The output VP is monitored, and a given time elapses since the output VP has become the L-level. In this case, a voltage monitoring part which transmits the change of the output VP to the L-level from the H-level may be installed. Thereby, even when a noise is superposed on the input voltage VDD, the output VO can be ontained stably. |
