PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approach temperature of entire housing to uniform by communicating a garret space with an underfloor space via a space in a wall, discharging the outdoor air to any of a ceiling garret space, residence space and the space in wall via a heat exchanger or air cleaner, and then guiding it to the residence space. SOLUTION: A ceiling garret 1 is formed between a roof heat insulating layer 5a and a ceiling 6, and an air cleaner 21 and a heat exchanger 22 are stored therein. In a residence space 2, a vent hole 25 is provided at a lower part of an opening 14 provided at an inner wall 7 and an exhaust hole 26 is provided at the ceiling 6. An underfloor space 3 is formed between an earthen floor heat insulating layer 5c and a floor 8 to store a dispersing duct 23 to heat the air from the exterior B by the heat exchanger 22 and to disperse it as suction air α. A space 4 in wall is formed between a wall heat insulating layer 5b and the inner wall 7 to communicate the garret 1 with the space 3 and is provided so that the air flows due to differences of atmospheric pressures of the respective spaces. Thus, a skeleton and substrate of a housing A are always dried to suppress generation of tick and mold. |
