PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more improve convenience for users by executing the reproduction of data in the state of automatic scramble only when it is desired by the user on the side of reproduction in the case of supplying and reproducing MPEG data. SOLUTION: In the MPEG data inside a TS supplied to an information reproducing device 100, key information showing whether or not outputting is to be allowed in the scramble state at the time of reproduction can be set to a scrambling contorl field inside a packet header. When the user operates a key input part 174, at the information reproducing device 100, outputting can be set for showing whether or not supplied MPEG data are to be outputted while being scrambled. At the time of reproduction, based on key information set to the scrambling control field and the state of output setting, only when the both are corresponding to the output in the scramble state, the supplied MPEG data are defined as the output of scramble state. |
