PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect accurately a position of portable equipment in a private radio communication system or the like adopting a zone constitution. SOLUTION: Each repeater stations 3 are arranged so that a transmission radio wave from portable equipment 4 is received by the plural repeater stations 3. Or in the case of detecting the position of the portable equipment 4, the transmission power from the portable equipment 4 is increased so as to detect a reception level through the plural repeater stations 3. The repeater station 3 detects the reception level through a reception level detection part 34 to supply the detected reception level data 35a and repeater station identification data 35b to a portable equipment position detector 5 installed to a base station 2 side via a reception level transmission part 35. The portable equipment position detector 5 obtains a position of the portable equipment 4 based on an installed position of the repeater station 3 and the reception level at the installed position. The portable equipment position detector 5 displays a map on a screen of an image display device and displays the position of the portable equipment 4 on the map. |
